I have 3 kids, Charlotte, Claire and Gabriel, and a loving and ultra-supportive husband Andy. I have the BEST in-laws known to the human race. I have bipolar disorder, which is the subject of this blog, but not my identity. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and it is the greatest treasure I have. It is the source of all the other treasures: family, peace, forgiveness, hope. I am trying really hard.

NON-DELETE RULE

I don't delete posts or parts of posts. It's a rule. I've broken it a couple of times, but those cases are very, very few. I just feel like the essence of bipolar is lost if I edit stuff out. How can I express those moods and thoughts if I delete even the ridiculous, often boring, stuff? Also, I ramble and I don't proof-read (although that's just laziness.)
