So, I signed up for a 5k on New Year's even though I don't run. Then I downloaded some running podcasts that coach me from the couch to a 5k in 9 weeks. I'm on week 2. Obviously not on target for the 5k. Still, I'm following my little program as far as it takes me.
So, the tip for the week 2 podcast is to journal my feelings. Fine. My feelings are that I am horrified that my husband fits into my stretch pants. And he is running in them right now.

i laughed out loud. and good for you! i've been thinking about getting some ladies around here into running. you know, like starting from where you're at. i'm obsessed so i just don't see why others don't see it that way, too!

That post was good for two things: updating us on your running progress & good dirt on Andy. Very useful.
I tried a few podcasts that were out there for the c25k. a lot of them had music I didn't care for & I don't like the pep talks. If you ever want one that's just pop music & run/walk cues, let me know. I found one I used from week 2 on and loved it.
