Claire got her ears pierced! She asked her Aunt Mary for it for her 5th birthday. So, today we went. True to character, she chose the very largest fake diamonds available. She was so brave. Cried, but stopped quite quickly after she saw herself in the mirror. I must say, she looks adorable. She is stoked to show everyone. She is just sure they are going to be in awe. So, if you see her, make a deal of it.
Charlotte is now asking. Well, her birthday is in a month.

Holy Cow! So funny thing while reading this I did read the word Claire, but then when you said for her 5th birthday I told myself you were obviously mistaken and meant Charlotte because Claire isn't 5! But Claire is 5!! Naomi is gonna be 5! Its insane! It all has to stop!

Claire is an absolute diva! I love that girl so much. I would have NEVER thought of doing that at 5 years old! I just hope she can handle it when they get infected :S

Oh I'm so glad you let her get them pierced. I also got mine pierced for my 5th birthday & I felt like such a big girl. I can't wait to see them!
Hooray. You should totally get Charlottes pierced too. I am so glad we just went ahead and did both girls. Lorin and Brynn absolutely love them. I bet she feels like such a princess.
