4 short random paragraphs

I just said to Gabe, "Do you like kisses?" as I was kissing his head, of course. He said, "No, that makes me lovesick."

It was the WORST night for sleep, and I couldn't wait for the girls to go to school so that I could conk out on the couch. Which I did, and then I showered, and now I feel so much better. What to do, what to do... I know! Watch tv on the couch!

Claire puked randomly at school yesterday. I have my pediatrician filling out the forms to get her seen by Charlotte's gastroenterologist. I think she may have reflux. And if that guy wants me to collect her poop, put it into jars, and freeze it, and THEN take her blood like he did with Charlotte, I might run away to Mexico.

I have a hard time coming up with food to feed the family for dinner (or any other meal for that matter) because food is generally unappealing to me. This week, though, I fasted so I was really hungry for something substantial. I decided I wanted chicken tetrazzini and screw the kids, but it turns out Charlotte and Gabe loved it. What what? That's awesome! I also wanted quiche, but I ate that alone. It was mighty good, though. I ate over half of it. But, I think that boils down to just over a two egg omelet with ham and cheese and spinach with a glass of milk. Okay, I used cream, but what I'm saying is that is a regular sized meal in my book. So quiche is the way to go. I made it crustless because #1 - crust is a huge effort, and #2, I usually don't eat that part anyway.

I wish food was generally unappealing to me. Seriously.

I've found some great [read easy] recipes lately. Hit me up for them sometime.

Haha I LOVE Gabe. I am SO giving him the biggest, wettest kiss next time I see him ;)

Poor Claire. I hope she doesn't have reflux. That does not sound like much fun.

Food doesn't sound appealing to me either. Ok... let me rephrase that. Food that I can actually eat doesn't appeal to me. All I really want is a HUGE baked potato, some chocolate milk, and a pound of spaghetti. The list goes on and on... lol Quiche is actually pretty good for you especially without the crust!

Now G is walking around saying, "Let's get down...and get FUNKY!" That kid is so weird.

I LOVE Gabe and your stories about him!

Sorry about the puking and the no sleep ...

You have made me hungry and my form of dieting is to not keep anything appetising in the house ... bummer

If you go to Mexico, can I stow away in your suitcase?

we had quiche tonight, too! but i never make it with regular crust because, for some reason, i just don't like knowing that i'm basically eating pie crust for dinner. so i always just mashed up some potatoes and put those in the bottom of the pan and bake til they're crispy and then put all the egg stuff over that. it tastes great and then makes it a little more substantial...of course you ate half of it if it didn't have the crust!
