And then I remembered this:
Monday night I mentioned something about the prophet speaking at General Conference, and Charlotte broke in with, "Oh, I love General Conference!"
She is amazing. We watched all four sessions. Those packets must have helped out a lot b/c they stumbled out of their naps when the last session started and asked to please watch GC. Um, YES.
So, I succeeded at something. And it was a most important something, so that is why I can't write the loser post.
The Lord works in mysterious ways.

That is so great! I need some pointer from you on that one. My kids have never enjoyed General Conference. I had us watch a part of a talk for FHE and all I got was total complaining!

this is a good reminder for me to stop and try to recognize the good i am sometimes doing. i, too, often want to agonize over my faults.
