Harder still

Yes, today was harder. Food is unappetizing, but I'm hungry, and we all know that the fast go-to foods are the bad ones. I still ate the good stuff, but I didn't like it as much. Nothing feels comforting. The closest I've come are the two chicken sandwiches I had for lunch. They were only halves. But the feeling was fleeting. I'm about to guacamole myself through a novel. I think there is some potential in that. Perhaps it is not helping that the novel centers on a catering service. The kids are in bed, I've got a book and an avocado. Sounds romantic.

The ironic thing about dieting is that changing the way you eat and trying to eat healthier makes you think about food all the time!! UGH! You can totally do it though! You're awesome!

i know you got it bad cuz that smell you smelled at my house was bleach, not chocolate..i smelled it when i came in after leaving.

we're in the same boat. i'm hankerin' for something delicious, cheesy, and carb-ridden. my alternative? carrots dipped in hummus.

creamy/cheesy is your hormones talking. Guacamole mixed with salsa might feel mexican and trick you into thinking you had cheesy ;) I totally eat mine with a spoon I love it so much. Or you can get those chips I love. Killer good.

My new favorite healthy snack is Blue Diamond Bold Habanero BBQ almonds. Only I want to eat the whole container. Not-so-healthy.
