FIRST AND FOREMOST: START THE MUSIC PLAYER AT RIGHT. DO IT NOW!
It took me HOURS, I am being so literal here, to figure out how to put TWO specific songs on Liz's blog!!!
Ok, let me start off by saying that if you know how to do this already, I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT.
Now, I was trying to embed (oh yeah, you heard me - embed!) songs on a CD which I uploaded onto my iTunes library. (We couldn't find them at playlist.com.) I searched and searched the internet for how-to info. Finally, I got my answer: you can't. The songs have to be hosted on the web.
Well, playlist doesn't let me upload songs to the best of my knowledge (again, if you can do that, kindly keep it to yourself!) So, I found a site that can, and then I couldn't find the *&$*% files on my computer!!
More searching and searching. Oh, I found those dirty suckers! They were no match for my, well, not my prowess per se, but my DETERMINATION for sure!
THEN I DID IT! I got them on the blog!!!
but i can't make it autostart.
Well, we all reach a quitting point.

I'm with you on all of that! Technology sucks! We had to get a new computer but we have the harddrive from the old one. But none of the applications from the old one now work on the new computer. It really sucks! I can't figure it out and I just feel this weight on me like I gotta fix it right now, but there is nothing I can do. By the way, I clicked on Liz's blog and her songs started right up. Good job!
Jen, you're probably doing it right; it's the internet that's broken. All web browsers interpret your code differently, so some understand your desire to autoplay and some don't. I use a mac, and my browser (Safari) autoplayed it just fine. People using Firefox probably get it right too. It's Internet Explorer that usually muffs things up.

Jennifer, yes you should be concerned. I always knew there was something a little "off" about you. Not that Buddhism is weird, but, well, you're mormon. OR HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN?!

All this proves is that you are the world's best sister to even spend those hours trying to do that for me. Thank you. Now you have even more knowledge for the rest of us to tap! But based on his last comment I'd say we're all dummies except David!
I agree. Technology sucks. My laptop had all these viruses and stopped working and Gary had to do a system restore. Well now I lost a bunch of the stuff that was on my computer and it is still having problems.
