I am a t-shirt wearing member of Commit for Life. I think that is the key to the t-shirt. It's easy - they call and remind me it's time to give blood, and then I go. Plus, I get some sort of points that I can use to buy stuff from the online store. About 80% of the stuff is t-shirts. I am not kidding.
